Workshop: Adobe Illustrator - Collage Character Design

This workshop is designed to support teachers looking to expand their Adobe Illustrator skills. Participants will learn how to create digital collage characters that respond to a given design problem. They will receive resources and engaging activity advice to take back into the classroom. Including strategies for integrating these skills with hands-on techniques such as frottage and mark making. The workshop will be facilitated by Visual Communication Victoria’s education officer, Siobhan Finn. She has over a decades experience teaching Visual Communication Design and a background in digital art and illustration. 

The tutorial and associated resources draw upon Beci Orpin’s industry speaker presentation for inspiration.
